Reserve Rule:

If you can not stay for the whole scheduled time, or if you come online late, sign in Reserve. If you cant come from the start of the raid, whisper an officer when you get online, and ask if there is a raid-sopt left. The officers can invite people who didnt sign for the raid, if there are still open spots and no "reserve" online. But those people must leave their raid-spot as soon as someone comes online that did sign in Reserve and want to come to the raid.
